Stretch Practitioner – Fitness & Wellness
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Schedule: Flexible/open availability preferred, including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays
- $14.50/hour base pay
- +$4.00 for every 30-minute stretch session performed
- Up to $22.50/hour when performing two stretch sessions in an hour

$14.50 hourly base + two 30-minute stretch sessions ($4 + $4) = $22.50 earned during that hour.
- Deliver one-on-one practitioner-assisted stretch sessions using Stretch Zone's patented stabilization system and proprietary protocols
- Help members improve mobility, flexibility, recovery, balance, and everyday movement
- Learn to recognize individual mobility needs and apply Stretch Zone protocols appropriately
- Build relationships with members and support their long-term wellness goals
- Educate and encourage members throughout their progress
- Create an exceptional experience that keeps members engaged and excited about their results
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment
- Collaborate closely with the Lakeway team and studio leadership

Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.
