What You'll Do
- Generate new membership sales through consultations, studio tours and follow-up.
- Convert trial stretches and introductory sessions into long-term memberships.
- Build relationships with prospective and existing members.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly membership sales goals.
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls, texts and emails to leads.
- Maximize member retention through excellent customer service and ongoing engagement.
- Schedule appointments and manage client communications.
- Promote additional services and membership upgrades when appropriate.
- Represent the Stretch Zone brand professionally within the local community.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in:
- Fitness memberships
- Health & wellness
- Personal training
- Medical aesthetics
- Hospitality
- Retail sales
- Membership or subscription sales
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable asking for the sale and overcoming objections.
- Positive, energetic and self-motivated.
- Available to work some evenings and weekends.
- Experience selling recurring memberships.
- Experience using a CRM or booking software.
- Passion for fitness, health and wellness.
