Pay: $18 to $25 per hour, plus performance-based commissions
- Welcome new and current members with warmth and professionalism
- Help create a studio culture where members feel known, cared for, and valued
- Support a high-quality client experience from first visit through ongoing membership
- Learn member goals and help connect them to the benefits of consistent stretching
- Help resolve client questions or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Support member retention through strong relationships and consistent service
- Understand the Stretch Zone method, practitioner-assisted stretching, and the benefits of improved mobility, flexibility, range of motion, and movement quality
- Support Stretch Practitioners in delivering consistent, professional member experience
- Help reinforce proper studio standards, client communication, and service expectations
- Communicate the value of stretching in a way that is clear, honest, and client-focused
- Partner with practitioners to keep members engaged in their stretch plan
- Follow up with leads, prospects, intro sessions, and current members
- Explain Stretch Zone services, memberships, and benefits
- Help convert intro sessions into memberships
- Support referral activity, promotions, and local outreach
- Track appointments, follow-ups, conversion activity, and membership goals
- Lead by example in creating confident, helpful, and value-based sales conversations
- Support, coach, and encourage Sales Associates during daily operations
- Help onboard and train new Sales Associates
- Support Stretch Practitioners with client experience standards and studio flow
- Help create a positive, focused, and accountable team environment
- Celebrating team wins and help address issues before they become bigger problems
- Model the professionalism, energy, and care expected from the full studio team
- Background or strong interest in health, fitness, wellness, assisted stretching, bodywork, athletics, physical therapy, massage, personal training, or exercise science
- Customer-facing, sales, or service experience
- Leadership, coaching, or team support experience preferred
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable discussing the benefits of stretching and wellness with members
- Comfortable supporting both sales and practitioner teams
- Friendly, dependable, organized, and professional
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced studio environment

Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
