What You Bring:
- A strong interest in fitness and healthy living
- Education or experience related to exercise science, kinesiology, or hands-on bodywork (a plus)
- Ability to complete both in-person and online training
- Motivation to support clients in reaching personal wellness goals
- Dependable transportation
- Guide clients through customized assisted-stretch sessions based on company training and certification
- Evaluate individual needs to select appropriate techniques and routines
- Deliver a welcoming, high-quality customer experience every day
- Ensure treatment areas and the studio remain clean and organized
- Support member engagement through outreach to current and prospective clients
- Using our patented equipment, Stretch Zone practitioners follow specific protocols to help our members enjoy an increase in athletic performance, range of motion, reduced stiffness, and improved reaction time.
Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
