- Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching through confident membership sales
- Lead first-time stretch consultations by guiding guests through their introductory experience and helping them understand the benefits of continued care
- Provide a hands-on, relationship-driven consultation experience that builds trust and confidence
- Convert first-time guests into members by clearly communicating program value
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting members, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and creating a welcoming studio experience
- Support strong member retention through consistent follow-up and proactive communication
- Encourage add-on sessions and package upgrades when appropriate
- Track personal KPIs and sales performance goals
- Work closely with studio leadership and practitioners to ensure a seamless client experience
- Help maintain studio organization, cleanliness, and daily operational flow
- Continue developing sales and communication skills through coaching and training
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Comfortable in a customer-facing, hands-on consultation role
- Strong communication and people skills
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Organized with strong time management abilities
- Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment

The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
