Sourcing, creating, scheduling, planning and hosting or directing events with a goal for generating new leads that would be an ideal fit for our service. This might look like:
- participating in large events out in the community (for example city-wide/large gatherings, races, etc)
- smaller “pop-up” style events with synergistic partners like gyms, senior centers, chiropractors, massage places, surgeons/medical, physical therapists, athletics organizations, large and small employers.
- Events hosted within our studio.
- At times these events would be put on by just a single employee (the LGS), and other times there may be one or more employees available to bring out the portable stretch table(s) for off site demos.
- Building and maintaining ongoing relationships with other business and wellness community leaders in an effort to create long lasting referral partnerships. This would include Business to Business canvassing, calls and emails, networking events, passing out flyers and coupons in appropriate settings, collaborating on social media events and contests, working with Influencers, etc.
- Assisting with organic social media posts; this could include capturing and potentially appearing in photos, videos/reels or other forms of media, as well as directing others including staff to create and post social media content, with potential to be shared across our studios.
- Participating in social media direct messaging outreach following suggested formats on our Instragram, Facebook and any other studio channels, in collaboration with Stretch Zone leadership.
- Outreach to inactive former clients (defined as at least 6 months since an invoice has run) via phone, text, email to update them on changes and encourage re-engagement, ideally resulting in visits to the studio for follow-up demos.
- Contributing to retention email sequences to keep members educated, included and coming back.
- Contributing to lead follow-up email sequences to boost lead-to-demo show rates.
- Contributing to post-demo follow-up email sequences to boost lead conversion.
- Speaking publicly about our brand and service.
Duties required of a LGS include maintaining and reinforcing the positive wellness culture of Stretch Zone. At Stretch Zone, we firmly believe in our incredible product and its benefits to everyone. Therefore, it becomes our responsibility to share this wonderful offering with the world. That’s how we view marketing and sales.
- Drive membership sales through the above mentioned strategies, with the focus on booking demos that show up in our studios and purchase.
- Provide excellent customer service by directing people to the proper resources, educating, answering questions, and presenting a professional image to those becoming acquainted with Stretch Zone.
- Driving member re-engagement by communicating with former clients via phone, texting, email campaigns, tailored re-engagement/ member appreciation events, social media, etc.
- Encouraging referrals from existing members and helping current staff keep the task of asking for referrals top of mind. Our FlexPoints loyalty rewards program for members will also be a useful tool to encourage referral behaviors.
- Promoting the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching by effectively and accurately communicating about the services we offer, building excitement, and focusing on the results of the Stretch Zone Method.
- Staying updated on and implementing Stretch Zone corporate promotions, programs and training.
- Protecting the culture of Stretch Zone by supporting team goals and building positive and professional relationships with members, team members and guests.
- Monitoring and tracking KPIs; using internal CRM tagging systems for lead tracking, bookings, show rates and success through our internal CRM Club Ready. This could include supporting and encouraging studio staff to most effectively build rapport and confirm demos prior to the demo day.
- Our universal mission at Stretch Zone is to help as many people as possible through our method of practitioner-assisted stretching. Your role in this mission is to help educate as many as possible in the local area that this service is available, why it’s valuable and could be their solution, encourage and assist them to book and attend an in-studio demo, and ideally join us as members.
- Lead Generation leaders can confidently connect with guests and potential guests, build relationships, co-create with management marketing systems and carry them out, resulting in new and returning clients attending a demo in studio.
- Being driven and competitive. Success means hitting goals and continually striving to improve.
- Well organized: we are looking for someone who has exceptional time management and multitasking skills, and can be productive when working independently.
- Goal setter: Stay on track with meeting and exceeding daily, weekly & monthly goals.
- Smart and savvy with tracking studio performance and the ability to run all reports and have a deep understanding of the key performance indexes that affect your studio.
- Customer service master who can connect with everyone and make them feel valued and supported.
- Great team player, you can work well with everyone in a competitive, fun, and fast-paced environment, largely self-directed, within a framework of clear expectations.
Flexible work from home options available.
Stretch Zone - 1037
Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.
A career with Stretch Zone® means not just meeting and maintaining a level of excellence, but continually improving in skill, to further one’s expertise and to advance the industry. As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
