Responsibilities:
*Generate new sales leads through proactive prospecting, networking and referrals.
*Execute the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a high conversion rate.
*Consult with prospects to understand their needs and align them with the appropriate membership benefits.
*Initiate retention efforts by reaching out to past members and resolving account inquiries.
Requirements:
*Excellent interpersonal communication and consultative selling skills.
*Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a passion for helping people improve their quality of life.
*Previous Sales experience with a proven track record of success.
*Willing to listen to feedback and apply it moving forward.
*The ability to work a varied schedule that includes weekends.

Compensation: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
