What You'll Do:
- Educate members on the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching
- Meet performance and sales targets
- Create a welcoming experience by scheduling sessions and assisting with questions or concerns
- Strengthen long-term member relationships through consistent follow-ups and thoughtful engagement
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to book first-time visits
- Attend high-energy off-site events to promote services and drive new leads
- Participate in fun in-studio challenges to foster team collaboration and support member retention
What You'll Have:
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (a requirement)
- A can-do attitude
- Clear communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others
- Openness to learning and growing in a new skill set
- Drive to succeed and close new sales to earn commissions and bonuses
- Reliable, private transportation

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Our certified Stretch Practitioners bring a wealth of knowledge in anatomy, physiology, and movement science. We actively recruit professionals with backgrounds in:
- Personal training
- Physical therapy
- Massage therapy
- Yoga and dance
- EMT and first response
- Competitive athletics, including basketball and Jiu-Jitsu
