Stretch Zone Centreville
What We Offer
At Stretch Zone Centreville, we don’t offer just a job—we offer a clear leadership pathway in the health and wellness space within a fast-growing, community-focused studio.
-
Competitive compensation: Base pay plus performance-based commissions tied to studio outcomes and individual contribution.
-
Performance-driven growth: Regular reviews with opportunities for pay increases based on results, accountability, and leadership impact—not tenure alone.
-
Paid training & mentorship: Structured and extensive onboarding, corporate training, and hands-on leadership development designed to prepare you for increased responsibility.
A Day in the Life
Your day begins by ensuring the space is guest-ready, organized, and energized for members and walk-ins. You review the day’s appointments, studio / sales/Membership goals, and outreach priorities with the team to ensure alignment and momentum.
Throughout the day, you serve as a visible leader and problem-solver—coaching Sales Associates, supporting Stretch Practitioners, monitoring performance, and stepping in wherever needed to maintain a high-functioning studio.
You actively support community outreach and brand visibility by representing Stretch Zone Centreville beyond the studio walls. This includes engaging with local businesses, apartment communities, gyms, healthcare providers, schools, and civic organizations to build meaningful partnerships and referral relationships. You assist with coordinating and executing in-studio and off-site events such as open houses, Friends & Family weeks, wellness pop-ups, and community health events.
You contribute to the studio’s social media presence by helping capture authentic content—photos, short videos, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes moments—that highlight our team culture, client experience, and community involvement. You collaborate with leadership to promote events, specials, and educational wellness messaging that aligns with brand standards while resonating with the Centreville community.
As new team members onboard, you assist with training and reinforcement of standards, helping them feel confident, supported, and accountable from day one.
Whether the Studio Manager is on-site or off-site, you are a steady, dependable leader who keeps operations running smoothly, members cared for, and the team focused on results.
At the end of the day, you help close the studio, review wins and opportunities, and prepare the team for a strong next day.

Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.
A career with Stretch Zone® means not just meeting and maintaining a level of excellence, but continually improving in skill, to further one’s expertise and to advance the industry. As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
