- Hands-on Training & Marketable Skills: Receive two days of comprehensive, hands-on training with a Master Practitioner. Learn directly from the best while developing valuable skills in kinesiology and assisted stretching.
- 30+ Hours of Interactive Learning: Participate in over 30 hours of interactive virtual training that supports multiple learning styles and builds on your existing anatomy or exercise science knowledge.
- Background, certification, or strong interest in exercise science, kinesiology, anatomy, physiology, personal training, or a related field.
- Must complete and pass Stretch Zone’s accredited certification training which includes a virtual component as well as a two-day hands-on certification.
