At Stretch Zone, health is our top priority. As a Studio Lead Sales Associate, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and help retain members to experience the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching—all while leading and developing a high-performing team.

A Day in the Life 
  • Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.  
  • As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for. 
  • Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, setting up sales consultations, and following up on missed appointments. 
  • You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching by helping guests commit to monthly memberships after they have tried a demo stretch carried out by one of our certified stretch practitioners.
  • Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch. 
  • Every day, you're building a culture of excellence, accountability, and service. 
Requirements 
  • Paid experience managing at least 1–2 team members. 
  • Sales experience (sales presentations, overcoming hesitations, KPIs, P&L familiarity). 
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed. 
  • Preferred: broad knowledge of human anatomy to help communicate the value of membership urgency and consistency

What to Expect from Our Hiring Process 
  • Step 1:  Opportunity to fill out a questionnaire about your sales and fitness/anatomy background
  • Step 2: Phone interview
  • Step 3: In person interview within 7-10 days.  Hiring decision will be make within 2 weeks.
