- Grow and maintain each location to at least $40K in monthly revenue
- Develop and execute a quarterly sales strategy for all four studios
- Drive lead generation with at least 100 organic health & wellness business leads per month
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses to promote and refer Stretch Zone services
- Keep client attrition below 12% monthly through targeted retention programs
- Coach and manage sales associates to exceed individual and team KPIs
- Oversee sales performance for four Stretch Zone studios, ensuring consistent execution of strategy

- Conduct weekly performance check-ins and monthly strategy reviews with studio sales teams
