Fitness Sales & Stretch Practitioner Associate

Membership Sales: Drive membership conversions during and after demo sessions. Confidently connect with guests, explain benefits, and recommend the right membership plan.

Stretch Demonstrations: Conduct complimentary demos, including intake assessments, full-body practitioner-assisted stretching, and outtake discussions.

Client Engagement: Provide excellent service by warmly greeting every guest, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and addressing member concerns.

Lead Generation & Management: Follow up with leads, set appointments, and keep consistent communication with potential clients.

Member Retention: Deliver high-quality experiences that keep members engaged and motivated while following daily operation guides and follow-up systems.

Team Collaboration: Support and guide teammates, lead by example, and contribute to a positive studio environment.

Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and studio performance to ensure sales and service goals are consistently met.
- Previous sales or fitness industry experience with a proven ability to convert prospects into paying members.
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness, with interest in hands-on client work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Driven, competitive, and motivated by hitting and exceeding personal and team goals.
- Comfortable performing stretches under training and following established Stretch Zone protocols.

Open availability with the ability to cover shifts at both Round Rock and Georgetown locations.
Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
