Are you a college student looking to gain hands-on experience in health, wellness, and sales operations? Join us at Stretch Zone as a Sales & Customer Experience Intern, where you'll learn how a dynamic wellness studio operates while building valuable professional skills.
As an intern, you’ll assist with day-to-day studio operations and play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for guests and members. Under the guidance of studio leadership, you'll learn how to support membership growth and retention through excellent service and communication.
Responsibilities:
Learn and support sales efforts by assisting with membership inquiries and understanding the sales process.

- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and addressing basic member questions.
- Support member retention by observing and learning about operational workflows, customer satisfaction strategies, and follow-up best practices.
- Promote the Stretch Zone brand by learning how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching and shadowing experienced sales team members.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive studio culture and support studio goals.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
