This position does require travel between Stretch Zone locations in Fishers, Carmel and Zionsville, or other off-site locations as needed.
Paid Stretch Practitioner Training
- Nationally Accredited Certification: Stretch Zone pays for the Stretch Practitioner certification, the only nationally accredited assisting stretching certification, enhancing your professional credentials.

Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretching sessions to members, helping improve their flexibility, mobility, posture, and overall physical performance. This role combines anatomy knowledge, hands-on techniques, and excellent interpersonal skills to provide customized wellness experiences.
- Facilitate and drive new member sales at all Stretch Zone Events
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes into the studio with a smile, scheduling appointments, answering phones, returning messages, assisting members with general concerns, directing to the lead SA or SP on duty.
- Complete intake of clients for demo sessions, review membership details and close the sale; scheduling next session if applicable.
- Promote the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and actively working to improve your sales skills. Maintain member communication as needed by phone, email, or text.
- Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by building a positive and professional relationship with all members and team members.
Required knowledge skills and abilities:
- Must have a positive attitude and be able to manage time effectively
- Must be proficient in Stretch Zone techniques, processes, policies and procedures
- Must be able to efficiently service and maintain the member base
- Consistent communication with Regional Manager and Lead Sales Associate to ensure you are up to date with all initiatives
- Maintain high ethical standards and appropriate professional image
- Can successfully manage various personalities
Qualifications:
- Certifications/background in fitness/wellness/health profession
- Applicant required to complete and pass one week of certification training upon hiring

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.
