Front Desk Associate – Customer Experience & Studio Support

Are you a friendly, organized, and wellness-minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment? Stretch Zone is looking for a Front Desk Associate who delivers exceptional customer service while keeping our studio running smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role:

As the first and last point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, professional, and organized atmosphere. From greeting guests to managing appointments and assisting with memberships, your attention to detail and positive attitude will support the entire team’s success.

What You’ll Do:

Greet clients warmly and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience
Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to client inquiries
Maintain accurate client records using our CRM system
Support membership sales by explaining services and benefits clearly
Ensure the studio is clean, welcoming, and fully stocked at all times
Assist the Stretch Team with administrative tasks and special events
Uphold the studio’s culture of professionalism, respect, and positivity

What We’re Looking For:

Customer Service Excellence: Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for helping people
Organized & Reliable: Able to multitask, manage appointments, and keep things running smoothly
Strong Communication: Clear verbal and written communication; bilingual (Spanish/English) a big plus
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM tools, and basic office programs
Wellness Enthusiast: Interest in health, fitness, or wellness is a plus!

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Located in the heart of Miami Beach, Stretch Zone North Beach is proud to serve a dynamic and diverse community—and we’re equally proud of the talented team that makes it all possible.

Our certified Stretch Practitioners bring a wealth of knowledge in anatomy, physiology, and movement science. We actively recruit professionals with backgrounds in:

Personal training
Physical therapy
Massage therapy
Yoga and dance
EMT and first response
Competitive athletics, including basketball and Jiu-Jitsu
