Health, Wellness and Fitness Professionals: Stretch Zone is hiring for General Manager. This is a hands-on position and knowledge of the body and its movement is required. We are only accepting applications for experienced people with a background in either Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, or Massage. A degree or equivalent experience is REQUIRED. Past sales experience is a plus. Must have experience managing or working in a high performance team environment.
At Stretch Zone, we believe that nothing is more important than your health. As a General Manager at Stretch Zone, your primary job is to manage the studio and help people realize their own goals through our unique membership model of practitioner-assisted stretch.
Responsibilities of a General Manager:
- Supervises staff and sets the tone in each of our high-energy studio locations.
- Responsible for the successful operation and financial accountability of the studio.
- Introduces potential prospects to our methods and presents them with a program suitable and tailored for them.
- Orchestrates the delivery of superior customer service, achievement of employees, and performance relative to location goals and objectives.
- Executes implementation strategies and ongoing management of company standards for key operational activities, programs, and goals throughout the studio.
- Provides leadership, direction, and support to all direct reports.
- Directly responsible for managing all employees of the store.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.
