🚀 What You’ll Do
- Convert studio guests into members through consultative sales
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from the first hello to the follow-up
- Drive revenue by hitting personal and studio sales goals
- Support client retention through consistent communication & relationship building
- Help maintain a positive, professional, and motivating studio culture
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience (fitness, wellness, or retail sales a plus)
- Goal-driven and motivated by performance-based earnings
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive energy, outgoing personality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
