Stretch Zone Palm Coast is seeking a Part-Time Stretch Practitioner with a background in kinesiology, exercise science, athletic training, health science, or fitness, and prior customer service or sales experience.
This role blends assisted stretching, client education, and consultative sales, making it ideal for fitness professionals and recent graduates who enjoy working with people and earning based on performance.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
- Apply anatomy and physiology knowledge in client education
- Build long-term client relationships and improve retention
- Participate in relationship-based, consultative sales conversations
- Provide excellent customer service in a professional wellness environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming studio
What We’re Looking For
- Degree or coursework in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Health Science, Athletic Training, or related field
- College-level Anatomy and Physiology
- Prior sales experience or customer service experience (required)
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Comfortable discussing pricing, memberships, and programs
- Experience in fitness, personal training, athletics, or sports performance is a plus
Schedule Requirements
- Weekday afternoons and evenings
- Weekend - Sunday preferred - mornings and early afternoons
- Initial 1-week paid certification training will require a minimum two weekdays

Compensation: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are a professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
