- Follow-Up: Follow up with members post-purchase to ensure satisfaction, encourage feedback, and generate repeat business.
- Promotions and Campaigns: Actively promote in-store or online sales campaigns, discounts, and special offers to maximize sales during key promotional periods.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and management to share sales strategies, insights, and best practices.
- Experience: 1-3 years of sales or retail experience preferred; however, a passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset can compensate for a lack of experience.
- Sales Focused: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a proven track record of driving revenue.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with customers.
