Responsibilities:
- Sales: Convert new guests into active members and sell add-on stretches to existing members.
- Work Leads: Communicate with leads to invite them in for a free stretch.
- Customer Service: Greet every visitor with a smile, schedule appointments, make calls, and address member concerns.
Member Retention: Follow daily operation guides, provide exceptional service, and maintain consistent follow-ups.
Team Culture: Foster positive and professional relationships with members and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable in a selling role.
- Energetic.
Strong communication skills and a positive mindset are essential.
- General computer literacy for using our lead and member management system.
- Experience and a bachelor's degree are preferred but not required.
