General Sales Manager's Role

Join the movement that’s sweeping the nation…apply to be part of the Stretch Zone team!  We are seeking dynamic and energetic General Sales Manager who has experience in the health & fitness field.
The General Sales Manager is the team leader, and the number one sales leader! You will be responsible for adding revenue, but in a way that inspires and motivates your team, and the customers serve. In this role you will lead and supervise with integrity, humility, and consistency, modeling the behavior expected from others.

As the General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the successful operations and financial accountability of the studio. This includes the delivery of superior customer service, achievement of employees, customer satisfaction, and performance relative to studio objectives. You will be responsible to execute the implementation strategy and ongoing management of companywide standards for key operational activities, programs, and goals. You will provide leadership, direction, and support to all direct reports. And you will protect the integrity of the Stretch Zone® brand by ensuring every studio member receives the highest quality service and experience at all times.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Sales & Revenue Management
  • Ability to MANAGE and DRIVE revenue from membership sales
  • Implement and support company sales programs to generate new sales
  • Monitor daily sales activities
  • Achieve required weekly appointment goals
  • Achieve required lead goals for the week
  • Ensure proper capturing and reporting of sales and operations data
  • Maximize member retention
  • Build relationships with members to support retention
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Prior SALES and LEADERSHIP experience is REQUIRED
  • Degree in Health, Wellness, & Fitness field, e.g., Physical Therapy, Kinesiology, Fitness Management, Exercise Science or related type college level anatomy and physiology course work is a plus
  • Fitness industry experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owners
  • Availability for 2 weeks of mandatory paid Stretch Zone training in Ft. Lauderdale, FL
Compensation  
  • Base Salary starting at $40,000 annually 
  • Additional compensation includes commission on revenues plus studio performance bonuses

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
