Stretch Zone Palm Coast is looking for a motivated Membership Sales & Stretch Practitioner who wants to combine hands-on wellness work with membership sales, client retention, and studio growth.
Stretch Zone provides the only Nationally Accredited Stretch Practitioner Certification in the country.

- Two-day hands-on certification training with a Master Practitioner in Ft. Lauderdale

What We're Looking For
- Background, certification, or strong interest in exercise science, kinesiology, anatomy, physiology, personal training, or a related field
- Must complete and pass Stretch Zone’s accredited certification training which includes a virtual component as well as a two-day hands-on certification
- Hands-on learner with a passion for health, fitness, and wellness
- Strong communication and sales skills with a desire to build lasting client relationships
- Reliable transportation and professional demeanor
Schedule Requirements
- Start part-time with opportunity for full-time growth
- Available weekday mornings and afternoons + alternating weekends
- Participation in community and promotional events
Compensation & Growth
- $16 - $21 hour base plus:
- Activity Pay
- Sales Commission
- Client Referral Bonuses
- Studio Performance Bonuses

Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized stretching sessions to members using the Stretch Zone method and protocols.
- Accurately assess each member’s needs to determine appropriate stretch plans.
- Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service in every session.
- Execute stretching consultations for prospects and maintaining a high conversion rate.
- Contacting members and prospects, following up on leads, and supporting membership growth goals.
- Assist with daily studio operations, including maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere that motivates both members and staff.
What You'll Do
- Open the studio, organize the space, and prepare for a productive day
- Support sales efforts, ensuring new and returning clients feel valued and informed
- Execute stretch sessions and consultations, maintaining top-tier client experience
- Assist all members and guests to establish a relationship to support member growth and retention.
- Partner with the Regional Manager to meet daily and monthly performance goals and maintain high conversion rates.

Compensation: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are a professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.
