**Responsibilities of a General Manager:**
- Lead and inspire staff, setting the tone in our vibrant studio locations.
- Oversee successful operations and ensure financial accountability.
- Introduce prospects to our innovative methods and tailor programs to their needs.
- Ensure superior customer service and employee achievement in line with studio goals.
- Implement and manage company standards for key operational activities and programs.
- Maintain regular communication with regional and corporate managers.
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to all team members.
- Manage all employees within the studio.
