We are looking for another great person to join our team as the General Manager in one of our Stretch Zone Studio, with the purpose of helping people feel better so they can do more.
Stretch Zone is the pioneer in practitioner assisted stretching. Our locations span across the country and we continue to grow every day. We are seeking individuals versed in leadership, sales, management and a passion for helping others.
If selected, the applicant must be able to complete two weeks of training where they will learn our modalities as well as how to manage a location.

- Health and wellness or fitness background
Essential Duties
- Lead the studio team as a positive servant leader on a daily basis
- Be responsible and rewarded for studio revenue performance
- Implement and support company sales programs to generate new sales
- Achieve required goals and key metrics
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in a health, wellness, fitness or related field
- Solid supervisory, diplomacy and listening skills.
- Hard working, enthusiastic, energetic and passionate for help others
- Strong customer service and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and must have own reliable means of transportation.
Physical Demands
- Continual standing, lifting, pushing, pulling and walking during shift.
- Comfortable with continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Compensation: $44,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
