- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to plan, execute, and support omnichannel marketing campaigns – organic and paid, including but not limited to social media, PPC, print, email and others.
- Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
- Conduct analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of each marketing campaign and provide key findings to stakeholders and recommendations for optimization.
- Track and process invoices and budgets relating to marketing plan execution.
- Oversee the Internal Intranet - file management, bulletins and announcements, marketing collateral, responding and moderating support forums as necessary
- Coordination, management and troubleshooting of third-party vendors, as well as integrations to the network
- Oversee the onboarding, offboarding and ownership transfer of studios from a marketing perspective
- Oversee the onboarding, offboarding, and performance of approved vendors in the system
- Maintain master marketing databases for Franchise network including but not limited to vendors, participation of various programs, charity participation etc.
- Collaborate with 3rd parties to maintain and troubleshoot marketing platforms – social management and email management
- Website support as needed
- Event support - annual meetings, board meetings, etc.
- Event strategy for locations – build from the ground up – plan, process, execution
- Regional co-op marketing
- Manage franchise sales marketing initiatives
- Manage and help facilitate PR opportunities
- Collaborate on, manage and support content strategy and calendar(s)
- Manage manuals/documents for the department
- Reporting as necessary – weekly/monthly, by vertical, etc.
- Miscellaneous internal marketing support for openings, training, and Senior Leadership needs
- FAC call participation, follow ups and executions
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Ensure alignment with other initiatives within functional sub-teams/areas
- Maintain a personal commitment to meeting the needs of customers
- Comply with the scheduling as directed by SVP of Marketing
- Work a minimum of 40 hours a week unless directed otherwise by your direct supervisor
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times when working with others

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
- Must be able to work on site at our Ft. Lauderdale, FL headquarters
- Franchise, Multi Location, or related experience required
