- Following an established and proven process to support and oversee new studio openings
- Establishing and maintaining a project plan with meaningful timelines and check points
- Close coordination with all approved vendors during the opening process
- Hands on involvement with franchisees to ensure stores are opened effectively and efficiently.
- Tracking and forecasting of store open dates
- Attending project team meetings and providing necessary updates and reporting
- Maintaining personal organization to ensure effectiveness
- Ensuring alignment with other initiatives within functional sub-teams/areas
- Associate's Degree or above
- Highly developed written and verbal communications skills in English
- Knowledge and experience in coordinating projects
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within operations
